Unfortunately due to the age of the building we do not have an elevator. Access to Springrock is via stairs only.

The venue has both paper menus and utilises Me&U online ordering which is compatible with screen readers.

Reservations are able to bring in a cake for your celebration. Please note; we aren’t able to store these in the venue and we don’t cut or serve the cake for the table. We offer a range of desserts to order.

The nearest tram stop is at Bourke St & Spring St which serve the 86 and 96 tram lines. The nearest train station is Parliament which has a subway entrance on the corner of Bourke St & Spring St

There is limited street parking on Bourke St in front of the restaurant, most bays have a limit of 1P (one hour) during the day. After 6.30pm, many bays have a limit of 2P (two hours). Most restrictions in the CBD end at 8.30pm.

There are also a number of commercial car parks nearby with the closest being Wilsons Parking and Safe City Car Park both accessible from Little Collins St.

Minors can generally enter the venue whilst under the supervision of their legal parent or guardian. Please note; it is up to the managers discretion on the day to determine if the venue can admit minors.
